Quality Control Engineer

• Develop and Implement Quality Systems:

  Design, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes to meet company and industry standards. 

• Perform Audits and Inspections:

  Conduct regular internal and external audits of manufacturing processes and products to identify deviations from quality standards. 

• Identify and Resolve Issues:

  Analyze data and monitor production to identify potential defects or issues, then lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. 

• Ensure Compliance:

  Verify that processes and products comply with relevant regulatory standards, such as ISO 9001 or other industry-specific regulations. 

• Maintain Quality Documentation:

  Keep accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, test results, quality reports, and other relevant documentation. 

• Collaborate with Teams:

  Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues throughout the product lifecycle. 

• Supplier Management:

  Liaise with suppliers to ensure that raw materials and components meet the required quality standards. 

• Continuous Improvement:

  Recommend and implement enhancements to quality systems and processes to improve overall quality performance and customer satisfaction.
