Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring Production Processes: Observing and adjusting production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Following Schedules: Adhering to production schedules and meeting deadlines.

• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues that disrupt the production flow.

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate production records and reports.

• Routine Maintenance: Performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

• Equipment Repair: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions.

• Following Procedures: Adhering to maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintaining Equipment: Keeping machinery and tools in good working condition.

• Collaborating with Teams: Working with production and engineering teams to resolve maintenance issues. 

• Inspecting Products: Examining components, materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Testing Products: Conducting tests to verify product quality and identify defects.

• Reporting Issues: Documenting quality control findings, including defects and deviations from standards.

• Implementing Solutions: Recommending and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.

• Maintaining Equipment: Ensuring testing equipment is calibrated and in good working order.

• Adhering to Standards: Following established quality control procedures and protocols.
