Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Kp Reliabale Technique. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40000 - ₹60000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Inward, In-Process, and Final Inspections for mechanical components.

2. Conduct CS-1 / CS-2 inspections, layout inspection, and sample approvals.

3. Perform dimensional inspection using instruments like:

( Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator, Surface Plate)

4. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.

5. Handle customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

6. Prepare and maintain quality documents, inspection reports, and audit records.

7. Conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.

8. Coordinate with production and supplier teams for quality improvements.

9. Support internal and external audits.

10. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/ B.TECH and 1 - 4 years of experience in related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
