Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Kp Reliabale Technique. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹24000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sheet Metal Quality Responsibilities

• Perform inward, in-process, and final inspections of sheet metal components.

• Inspect parts as per engineering drawings, specifications, and control plans.

• Ensure quality compliance in processes such as laser cutting, punching, bending, forming, welding, and powder coating/painting.

• Identify and report defects like burrs, scratches, cracks, deformation, weld defects, and dimensional variations.

🔹 Inspection & Measurement

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bevel protractors, angle gauges, radius gauges, and CMM.

• Check GD&T requirements and ensure drawing compliance.

• Support first article inspection (FAI) and sample approvals.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma / B.tech and 3 - 5 years of experience in machining and casting or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
