Job Description
Good Knowledge of 2D drawing for tool room requirement.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 & preparation of QMS documentation. Inspecting raw material as per Std & provide Approval of RM towards to Production Department Decision about nonconforming materials Participating in the analysis of internal NC's with respective departments Customer complaint handling. Continuously review current processes and search out improvement methods to improve product/process quality and reduce waste or rework in the process. Preparation of Raw material & finished product specification sample plan, testing plan & generation of testing report. Ability to provide complete accurate quality report as on timely basis Proper knowledge of handling micrometer, vernier caliper etc.. knowledge of Pre-Dispatch inspection & inward inspection .
