Job Description – Civil Engineer | Real Estate
Position: Civil Engineer
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Location: Kankavli, Maharashtra
Language: Marathi is compulsory
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee construction and civil work at real estate projects in Kankavli. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring work is completed according to approved plans and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
Monitor construction work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and site teams.
Check quality of materials and workmanship.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Review and interpret civil/structural drawings.
Prepare site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/real estate projects preferred.
Fluent Marathi communication is compulsory.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.
Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to work at the Kankavli project site.
