Job Description is as following

Looking into daily plant affairs related to production quality maintenance.

- Maintaing and improving Production Efficiency by daily tracking of production achieved.

- Maintaing and improving quality efficiency by daily tracking all quality data.

- Plant quality improvement and maintenance. 5S, poke yoke,4M etc implementation

- Knowledge and application of all QC tools. Customer Dealing related to quality issues. CAPA, attending meetings & trainings etc.

- Manpower Handling & Incharge Handling.

- Production Planning and timely execution.

- Understanding of Plant all purchase needs and fulfilment.

- Direct reporting to M.D
