Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Gurind India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

As per profile, The concerned person should be able to do the following work / task related to Warranty.

1. He / She should be able to make & analyse warranty parts & make data, 8D reports.

2. Can be able to analyse parts on Testing Setup / Vehicle (Technical Sound Person Required) - Mechanical / Electronics Background preferred.

3. He / She should be aware about Basic Quality Tools / Use of Instruments.

4. He / She should have Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills.

5. He / She should work in a team & be able to visit in the field to attend Failure Cases.

6. He / She should be confident, presentable & can work on MS Office.

1) Knowledge of Quality functions.

2) 7QC tools, 8D reports & analysis.
