Quality Control Engineer

1. Job Roles :

   • Perform in-process and final inspection of glass sheets (toughened, laminated, DGU, etc.).

   • Use instruments like calipers, micrometers, edge checkers, and thickness gauges.

   • Monitor visual defects (scratches, chips, optical distortion, etc.) and dimensional accuracy.

   • Monitor and record key process parameters in cutting, edge polishing, tempering, lamination, and IGU.

   • Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and process standards

   • Investigate customer complaints and in-house quality failures.

   • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

   • Maintain inspection records, rejection reports, and test certificates.

   • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and present analysis to management.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
