Job Description

Qualification- B.Tech/ Diploma Mechanical Only.
Experience- 2- 5 Years.
Candidate must have knowledge of analyze and reduce PDI Rejection rate, in process quality, in process rejection count, final shipment.
Involvement in NPD, Vendor Assessment audits & APQP trials at supplier end.
Identify and analyze top 5 defects to drive targeted defect prevention and reduction plans.
Contribute to COQ tracking and reduction by minimizing internal facilities and rework costs.
Track CAPA initiated vs closed ensure timely and effective closure of corrective actions.
Only Plastic Rubber Manufacturing Industry candidates are preferred.
