Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to ensure that our manufactured machines meet all internal and external quality standards. You will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying issues, recommending improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.

Implement FIFO/LIFO inventory systems based on product type.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to address and resolve quality issues.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Use ERP or inventory software to track stock movement and generate reports.

Supervise and train staff to follow SOPs.

Assign daily tasks and ensure safety compliance.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
