Quality Control Engineer

Job Title: Quality Engineer – Internal Inspection & QC Documentation

Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to manage internal inspection activities and quality control documentation for Pipes, Pipe Fittings, and Flanges. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications through systematic inspection and documentation control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform internal inspections of Pipes, Pipe Fittings, and Flanges at various stages of manufacturing.

• Review and maintain QC documentation including ITPs, inspection reports, material test certificates (MTCs), and dimensional records.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ASME, ASTM, API, EN) and project specifications.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality issues.

• Identify non-conformances, support corrective actions, and ensure proper documentation closure.

• Maintain traceability and proper filing of quality records.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Experience in quality control/inspection of piping materials, fittings, and flanges.

• Good knowledge of international codes and standards and QC documentation practices.

• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
