Lead internal audit
Lead and coordinate, Internal audits, customer audits, including preparation, documentation, and corrective action follow-up
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality-related concerns
Maintain compliance with ISO standards and internal quality management systems
Prepare quality reports, audit findings, and improvement plans
Conduct internal audits to ensure process adherence and readiness for customer evaluations
Submit the action plan regarding the customer complaint as well as internal complaint.
Support root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and problem-solving activities
Monitor production quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Train cross-functional teams on quality procedures and audit requirements
