Job Description

🔍 WE ARE HIRING | QUALITY INSPECTOR

Flowguards is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector / Quality Control professional to join our manufacturing team.
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Incoming, In-Process & Final Quality Inspection
• Inspect pump components and SS304 parts as per specifications
• Read & understand Engineering Drawings and Dimensions
• Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
• Check Tolerance, Fits & basic GD&T requirements
• Identify defects, rejections and quality issues
• Prepare Inspection Reports and maintain Quality Records
• Coordinate with Production & Manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure products meet defined quality standards before dispatch

🎯 Skills Required: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Knowledge of Quality Control & Inspection
• Good knowledge of Measuring Instruments
• Engineering Drawing & Measurement understanding
• Basic MS Excel & Documentation skills
• Good observation & problem-solving ability
• Experience in Pump / Mechanical / Engineering Manufacturing industry will be an advantage
