Quality Control Engineer

To independently manage and control all quality-related activities at the second manufacturing unit, ensuring that incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet company quality standards and customer requirements. Timing 9 Am to 9 Pm

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Quality Control Operations

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products

• Ensure all products meet specified quality standards, drawings, and specifications

• Monitor and control rejection, rework, and defect rates

• Ensure only approved materials and components are used in production

🔹 Unit Quality Management

• Take full responsibility for quality operations of the second unit

• Ensure quality checks at all critical stages of production

• Coordinate closely with the production team to maintain process discipline

• Stop production if serious quality deviations are observed

🔹 Defect Analysis & Corrective Actions

• Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Maintain records of rejections, defects, and corrective actions

• Work with production team to prevent recurrence of issues

🔹 Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain all quality inspection reports and records

• Track daily rejection rates and quality performance

• Submit regular quality reports to management

🔹 Supplier & Material Quality

• Inspect incoming raw materials and purchased components

• Coordinate with suppliers in case of quality issues

• Ensure proper segregation of non-conforming materials

Required Skills

• Knowledge of quality inspection processes

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Experience with measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Capability to manage quality operations independently

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
