Established manufacturer of FRP based process equipment and products like pipes, piping, pressure vessels, reactors, storage tanks, gratings etc.

Modern fabrication plant at Shahapur (near Kalyan)

Job profile:

Analyse manufacturing processes for improvement using various testing and inspection methods

Checking incoming materials and bought-out items;

Carry out in-process inspection;

Conducting all tests like spark test, hydro test, lab test etc

Maintain records of TPI reports, internal IR, Material test certificates, etc

Perform final inspection of items including dimensional, mechanical testing and hardness;

Interact with 3rd party inspectors and clients for stage wise and final inspection

Coordinate with vendors for inspection of products

Required:
BE/ Diploma in Mech/ Production/ Fabrication with min 2 years experience in quality/ production in any fabrication/ engineering/ manufacturing industries

Good knowledge of Quality and Testing practices
