Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Inspect fabricated components as per drawings and quality standards.
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of fabricated products.
Read and understand fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
Ensure quality control in processes such as cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality documents, and records.
Handle customer complaints and corrective actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with production, design, and purchase teams to resolve quality issues.
Perform root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive actions.
Ensure proper use of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Maintain quality standards, SOPs, and inspection procedures.
Support internal audits and quality improvement activities.
