1. Job Responsibilities
Inspect machine components and finished products.
Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Height Gauge.
Perform quality inspections during production.
Identify defects in machine parts and report them.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Check raw materials and incoming materials.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
Handle customer complaints and take corrective actions.
Follow 5S and safety procedures.
2. Required Skills
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Knowledge of engineering drawings.
Knowledge of machining processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
