Inspect incoming raw materials (shafts, rods, steel components) for dimensional and material conformance
Monitor in-process quality during grinding, superfinishing, embossing, hard chrome plating, and thermal spray coating operations
Verify critical parameters: geometric tolerances (3–5 microns), surface roughness (Ra 0.4–20 microns), chrome hardness (70–72 HRC), chrome plating thickness, and dynamic balancing results
Conduct final inspection and prepare quality/inspection reports before dispatch
Calibrate and maintain measuring instruments (micrometers, dial gauges, hardness testers, roughness testers, coating thickness gauges)
Maintain documentation in line with ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements
Investigate customer complaints/non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with production, grinding, plating, and coating teams to resolve quality issues
