Manufacturing Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Bluestaff's India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.

• Handle and maintain the company's QMS (Quality Management System), including documents, records and procedures.

• Prepare, update and maintain quality-related reports, documentation and records.

• Ensure proper implementation and follow-up of company systems, processes and SOPs.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

• Maintain and manage office data, MIS reports and documentation using MS Excel.

• Prepare professional emails, reports, letters and other official documents in English.

• Monitor pending tasks, follow-ups and ensure that important activities are completed on time.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records, quality documents and administrative information.

• Assist management in daily coordination, reporting and operational activities.

• Handle internal communication and coordinate with employees, departments and external parties whenever required.

• Identify gaps in office processes and assist in improving and maintaining efficient systems.

• Support internal/external audits and QMS-related activities by keeping required documents and records ready.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure proper handling of official documents and data.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 6 months of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
