Job Description

1. Incoming Material Inspection: Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials and bought-out components as per the inspection checklist. Coordinate with the stores and purchase department for non-conformance.

2. In-process Quality Checks: Monitor quality during assembly, welding, powder coating, and filling operations. Check for compliance at each stage of production (hydro testing, nozzle fitment, weight, etc.).

3. Monitor and aesthetic checks on finished extinguishers. Ensure labeling, pressure, expiry date, and serial numbers are as per standards.
