Job Responsibilities
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of fabricated and welded components.
Perform welding inspection and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Carry out paint inspection, including surface finish and basic DFT inspection.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
Inspect fabrication processes and identify quality issues or deviations.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other inspection tools.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
Identify root causes of quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and procedures.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Welding Inspection & Fabrication Processes
Knowledge of Paint Inspection
Good Engineering Drawing Reading & GD&T knowledge
Knowledge of basic measuring instruments
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of quality tools and documentation
