Job Description

Quality Control:

Assist in testing and troubleshooting assembled panels.

Verify specifications by measuring completed components.

Identify and report any assembly problems to supervisors.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Report any defective materials to supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school education in electrical or electronics preferred.

No prior experience required motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of electrical concepts is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents (training will be provided).

Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.

Compensation and Benefits:

Yearly Pay: 1,62,000 - 3,00,000 (During Training Period)

Health insurance

Overtime pay will be given.

Work Environment:

The Assembly Fitter will work in a manufacturing setting focused on electrical control panel

assembly, receiving hands-on training and support from experienced professionals.
