Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products.
Use measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
Check dimensions as per engineering drawings.
Record inspection reports and maintain quality documents.
Identify defects and report quality issues to production.
Ensure products meet customer quality standards.
Follow 5S, Kaizen, and safety procedures.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
