The Quality Auditor – Telesales is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of telesales calls to ensure compliance with company standards, scripts, policies, and regulatory requirements. This role provides feedback to improve sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Monitor inbound and outbound telesales calls for quality assurance and compliance.
Evaluate sales representatives’ adherence to scripts, sales techniques, call handling standards, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., DNC, GDPR).
Conduct regular call audits using established quality monitoring forms and criteria.
Provide detailed and constructive feedback to sales agents and team leaders.
Identify performance gaps and training needs across the telesales team.
Work closely with training and sales leadership to support coaching and development initiatives.
Maintain accurate audit records and generate reports summarizing findings and trends.
Recommend process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience.
Ensure timely reporting of quality issues or risks to management.
Stay updated on product knowledge, telesales best practices, and compliance standards.
