Job Description

Job Title: Quality Executive

Locations: Shivane Pune

Industry: Electrical / Earthing / Infrastructure / Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Executive responsible for ensuring that products meet defined quality standards and specifications. The role involves inspection, documentation, process monitoring, and coordination with internal teams to maintain and improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Inspection:

· Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods

· Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications

· Use measuring instruments and tools for quality checks

Process Monitoring:

· Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality norms

· Identify deviations and take corrective/preventive actions

· Work closely with production team to reduce defects

Documentation & Reporting:

· Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and checklists

· Prepare daily/weekly quality reports

· Ensure proper documentation as per company and ISO standards

Compliance & Audits:

· Assist in internal and external audits

· Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures

· Support implementation of ISO or other quality systems

Problem Solving:

· Identify root causes of quality issues

· Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

· Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

· Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques

· Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)

· Basic understanding of ISO standards

· Strong attention to detail

· Problem-solving and analytical skills

· Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification :

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
