Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team at Trends Apparel Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

• Cutting, stitching aur finishing lines par daily quality inspection karna.

• AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards follow karna.

• Defects identify karke line supervisor ko immediate feedback dena.

• Work-in-progress garments ka random check karna.

2. Final Quality Inspection

• Finishing stage par final garment inspection as per buyer guidelines.

• Measurement check, appearance check, workmanship check ensure karna.

• Defect report prepare karke QC Manager ko submit karna.

3. Defect Monitoring & Root Cause Analysis

• Daily defect trend tracking (stitching defects, fabric defects, finishing defects).

• Root cause analysis (RCA) report banana.

• Production team ke saath corrective action discuss karna.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Daily quality report maintain karna.

• Line quality report, audit report, rejection report prepare karna.

• Buyer audit ke liye documentation ready rakhna.

5. Compliance & Standards

• Buyer ke SOPs, AQL standards, quality guidelines follow karwana.

• Inline audits, pre-final audits, final audits me assist karna.

• Safety & compliance rules ko maintain karna.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 12th / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.

• Textile/Garment discipline preferred (not mandatory).

Experience

• 1–3 years garment industry me quality role ka experience.

• Freshers with good knowledge can also apply (optional).

Technical Skills

• AQL sampling knowledge.

• Garment construction & measurement understanding.

• Defect identification skills (stitching, fabric, finishing).

• MS Excel & reporting skills.

Soft Skills

• Good communication

• Problem-solving attitude

• Team coordination

• Attention to detail
