Quality Assurance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·         Establish inspection criteria, testing methods, and quality assurance plans for various stages of product development and manufacturing

·         Conduct inspections and testing: Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications

·         Responsible for all quality parameters are followed throughout the operation.

·         Testing of Raw and packaging materials, final product,

·         Responsible for calibration of Instruments.

·         Responsible for preparation of various QA report

·         New Product development Testing at R D

·         check problem and solution of customer ( Like fitting , inspection )

·         Assembling Testing of one way clutch

·         Knowledge of Instrument, Machine Inspection, PLC Operating Etc.

·         Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and product quality.

·         Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
