Job Summary:

We are hiring a Quality Engineer with ITI qualification and experience in automotive plastic injection molding. The role involves inspecting molded parts, ensuring adherence to customer specifications, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and approve molded automotive parts at different production stages.

• Use precision measuring tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges) for quality checks.

• Monitor dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and defect-free molding.

• Prepare inspection reports, maintain records, and document non-conformities.

• Work closely with production and tool room teams to resolve quality issues.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring defects.

• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and customer-specific quality standards.

• Support in first piece approval (FPA) and PPAP documentation.

Qualification & Requirements:

• ITI (Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Tool & Die Maker / Plastics Molding) or relevant trade.

• 1–3 years of quality inspection experience in injection molding for automotive parts.

• Good knowledge of automotive quality standards and inspection techniques.

• Familiarity with plastic molding defects (sink marks, flash, short shot, warpage, etc.).

• Basic understanding of SPC, 5S, and Kaizen.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician with ITI qualification and 1–2 years of experience in automotive plastic injection molding. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance of molding machines, utilities, and related equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and plant utilities.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

• Assist in mold changeover and ensure smooth machine setup.

• Maintain records of maintenance work and downtime analysis.

• Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of cooling towers, compressors, and material dryers.

• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company maintenance standards.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime.

Qualification & Requirements:

• ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Mechanical / Maintenance) or relevant trade.

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience in automotive injection molding industry.

• Knowledge of injection molding machine brands (e.g., Ferromatik, Toshiba, Haitian, etc.) is preferred.

• Basic understanding of PLCs and electrical circuits.

• Ability to read machine manuals and technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
