Job Description

*Hiring: Food QAE / Food Quality Assurance Executive — Churchgate, Mumbai*

*Qualification:* B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry

*Experience:* 2–5 years in the food industry

*Responsibilities*

- Continuously monitor production lines to ensure quality standards and process compliance

- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSC 22000, and USFDA requirements

- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products (physical, chemical, sensory as applicable)

- Maintain quality records, raise deviation reports, and drive CAPA

- Support internal and external audits

- Train production teams on food safety and hygiene.
