Job Title: Quality Executive – Electric Vehicle (EV) Industry

Location: Fab City, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

The Quality Executive will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards across the EV product lifecycle—from raw materials to finished vehicles or components. This role ensures that manufacturing processes, parts, and final products comply with safety, performance, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Monitor and inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and final EV products.

  • Conduct audits and quality checks at various production stages.

  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant quality systems.

• Quality Control (QC):

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and non-conformities.

  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, production, supply chain) to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.

• Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance product reliability and performance.

  • Participate in FMEA, 5S, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.

• Supplier Quality:

  • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

• Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with national and international EV standards (e.g., AIS, BIS, CE, UL).

  • Maintain awareness of evolving regulatory requirements in the EV sector.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.

• 1–3 years of experience in quality roles, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.

• Familiarity with EV components (battery packs, BMS, motors, controllers, etc.) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, and quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, QMS tools).
