Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team at Novel Nutrientss Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹40000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of Quality Control and Production departments.

• Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production.

• documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification, writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory.

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

• Manage final review and approval of Master Batch Records, Manufacturing Batch Records, Product Release, SOPs, Change Control Documentation, Audit Reports, Validation Documentation, Product Specifications.

• Provide oversight and input into the relevant quality systems and standards including: change control, documentation systems, Quality procedures, standards, and policies, product complaint management, internal and external audit programs, CAPAs Corrective Action and Preventative Action, Material Review Boards, and Vendor Risk Management.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
