Job Summary:

The Quality Associate is responsible for ensuring that all processes, products, or services meet the company’s quality standards. The role involves monitoring, inspecting, testing, and reporting to identify areas of improvement and maintain consistent quality across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

• Record and analyze inspection data to identify trends or recurring issues.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

• Collaborate with production, operations, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

• Assist in developing and updating quality control documents, checklists, and inspection reports.

• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.

• Support audits (internal/external) and maintain proper documentation.

• Train or guide team members on quality awareness and procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Basic understanding of quality assurance principles, ISO standards, or Six Sigma (if relevant).

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry/reporting tools.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
