Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹23000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct real-time inspections of products, components, and materials at various stages of the production line using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and visual inspection techniques.

• Verify that in-process products meet specifications, blueprints, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, industry-specific requirements).

• Identify and document defects, non-conformances, or process deviations, and report findings to supervisors or quality teams.

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and random sampling inspections to ensure consistent quality throughout production runs.

• Monitor production processes to detect variations and recommend immediate corrective actions to prevent defects.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, GMP, or industry-specific guidelines).

• Collaborate with production operators, supervisors, and quality teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.

• Maintain accurate inspection records, logs, and reports using quality management systems or software.

• Support root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma programs.

• Verify calibration and proper functioning of inspection tools and equipment used on the production line.
