Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive & Product Development Engineer to join our team Kirpal Auto Technocrafts. The role involves maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality of manufactured products by conducting stage-wise and final inspections
Monitor adherence to manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve manufacturing issues such as:
• Oil leakage in shock absorbers
• Chrome finish consistency on tubes
• Dimensional and assembly defects
• Gearbox oil leakage
Handle customer complaints by investigating root causes and coordinating corrective actions with production.
Maintain records of inspections, rejections, complaints, and corrective actions.
Work with production teams to reduce defects, rework, and customer returns.
Lead development and improvement of new and existing products through trials, testing, and validation.
Coordinate with vendors to improve incoming material quality.
Suggest process and product improvements to enhance quality, reliability, and cost.
Desired Skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality control.
Ability to use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to visit customers or vendors, if required.
Proficient in MS Excel and preparing reports.
