Quality Assurance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspection of Raw Materials

   • Checking fabric quality, color, and texture

   • Ensuring trims and accessories meet specifications

2. In-Process Quality Control

   • Monitoring stitching, cutting, and finishing

   • Ensuring proper seam strength and alignment

   • Checking for defects such as stains, loose threads, or incorrect stitching patterns

3. Final Product Inspection

   • Measuring garments to confirm size accuracy

   • Ensuring labels, tags, and packaging are correct

   • Rejecting defective pieces and ensuring rework if necessary

4. Maintaining Records

   • Documenting defects and rejection rates

   • Reporting quality issues to supervisors

5. Following Quality Standards

   • Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards

   • Adhering to customer specifications
