Job Description : -Job Title: Quality Assurance ExecutiveDepartment: Quality / QA & QCReports To: Quality Manager / Head of QualityJob Summary:The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality systems and procedures to ensure that products, materials, and processes meet internal and customer quality standards. The role involves conducting audits, inspections, and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems, procedures, and documentation.Conduct in-process and final inspections of products/materials to ensure compliance with specifications.Perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits, etc.).Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.Maintain quality records such as inspection reports, deviation reports, and test certificates.Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D teams for quality improvement.Ensure adherence to company standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Assist in supplier evaluation and quality assurance of incoming materials.Monitor and report key quality metrics (defect rates, NCRs, customer complaints, etc.).Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Science, or related field (Mechanical / Production preferred).1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF and other quality management systems.Familiarity with QA tools and techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.).Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and coordination abilities.Proficient in MS Office and QA documentation software/tools.
