Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to oversee labeling, product assembly (kitting), and dispatch quality.
This role is critical in ensuring that every order is correctly assembled, accurately labeled, and meets defined quality standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and verify kitting / product assembly to ensure correct items and quantities
Ensure all products are correctly labeled (SKU, batch, client-specific requirements)
Check for proper label placement, alignment, and accuracy
Conduct pre-dispatch quality checks for all outgoing shipments
Cross-check order details, SKUs, and quantities before dispatch
Identify and prevent errors such as:
Missing or incorrect items in kits
Incorrect or missing labels
Wrong quantities or SKUs
Packaging or handling defects
Maintain and enforce QC checklists and SOPs for assembly, labeling, and dispatch
Keep detailed inspection logs and daily QC reports
Work closely with operations teams to reduce errors and improve efficiency
Flag recurring issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure clean, organized, and process-driven workstations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
1–3 years of experience in quality control / operations / warehouse / fulfillment
Strong attention to detail — ability to catch small errors consistently
Familiarity with SKU-based systems, labeling, and dispatch workflows
Ability to follow and enforce structured processes and checklists
Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in kitting, labeling, packaging, or e-commerce fulfillment
Familiarity with barcode systems or inventory tools
Experience in high-volume dispatch environments
