Conduct and lead Vendor Audits, Internal Audits, Process Audits, and Product Audits as per defined schedules
Lead APQP reviews, develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions (WI), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Quality core Tools.
Develop and standardize quality policies, procedures, and work instructions across all plants.
Ensure implementation and effectiveness of the Corporate Quality Management System.
Monitor quality KPIs and report performance to senior management.
Drive quality culture across all manufacturing locations.
Supervise quality operations across 7 manufacturing plants.
Conduct periodic quality audits and plant assessments.
Ensure uniform quality standards across all facilities.
Support plant quality teams in resolving quality issues.
Standardize inspection methods and quality documentation.
Maintain certifications such as:
- ISO 9001
- IATF 16949
- NABL/VDA
- Customer-specific requirements
Ensure document control and compliance.
Lead Management Review Meetings (MRM).
Measuring Instruments Skills; FTIR, HPLC, AAS, ICP-Oes, UV etc (must)
