Role Summary:
The Quality Executive will be responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety, and process compliance across Eggoz operations. The role involves supervising quality checks, implementing food safety standards, and driving continuous improvement to maintain Eggoz’s quality promise. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day quality assurance and quality control activities
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.)
• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP practices at the facility
• Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and audit records
• Identify non-conformances and drive CAPA implementation
• Coordinate with production, operations, and supply chain teams
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
• Train staff on quality and food safety practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce quality deviations
Requirements: -
• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control(FMCG/Food preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
