Quality Assurance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Identify, record, and document bugs thoroughly using tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality releases.

Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.

Monitor product quality metrics and recommend improvements.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in software quality assurance or a related role.

Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress).

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash) is a plus.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
