Quality Assurance Executive

The Quality Inspection Executive is responsible for conducting inspections at various stages of production to ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity, minimizing defects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspections of products using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.

• Identify and report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to implement corrective actions.

• Ensure calibration and proper functioning of inspection equipment.

• Support internal audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Train operators on basic quality checks and standards when required.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control.

• Familiarity with inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good documentation and reporting abilities.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
