QA Manager – Lead Recycling

Salary : 40k - 50k

Location: Balanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana

Industry: Lead Recycling & Manufacturing

Role:

Lead quality assurance for recycling of lead scrap into pure lead, alloys, oxides, and plastic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)

Ensure product/process quality across recycling & production

Conduct audits (internal, external, regulatory)

Implement CAPA, 8D, and continuous improvement

Oversee lab testing, inspections, and compliance (EHS norms)

Requirements:

8–12 years QA experience (metal/recycling/battery preferred)

Strong in FMEA, SPC, MSA, 7QC Tools

Knowledge of hazardous material handling (lead)
