📌 Role: Quality Inspector
We are looking for a Quality Inspector to support quality inspection and process quality activities. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting parts and products, identifying non-conformities, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with production and process quality teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Perform final inspection of parts as per defined quality standards.
Conduct stage-wise inspections at different process stages.
Ensure products meet required quality specifications and process standards.
Identify and report NC (Non-Conformities) on a daily basis.
Maintain accurate inspection and quality records.
Share daily inspection results with the Process Quality Team.
Validate process standards and ensure adherence to approved procedures.
Review and monitor NC reports and support corrective actions.
Monitor FPY (First Pass Yield) and RTY (Rolled Throughput Yield) on a daily basis.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile
Good understanding of quality inspection processes.
Basic knowledge of quality standards and measurements.
Ability to identify defects and non-conformities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Freshers with relevant technical qualification are welcome.
