Hiring: Quality Analyst - BPO 🌟

We're looking for a skilled Quality Analyst to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct call monitoring and auditing.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ACPT Analysis.

• Evaluate CSAT and DSAT scores to drive quality improvements.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a QA role within a BPO, or a customer service role with strong QA knowledge.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, plus one of the following languages: Marathi, Odia, Bengali, or Assamese.

• You must have your own laptop and personal transportation.

• Age limit: Up to 30 years.
  

Compensation & Perks:

• With QA Experience: Up to ₹32,000 (Take-home)

• With Customer Service + QA Knowledge: Up to ₹27,000 (Take-home)

• Provident Fund
  

Work Details:

• Full-time, in-person role.

• Day Shift, 5.5 days working (Sunday off).
