Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced QA Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the QA team, implementing quality systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. _Quality Assurance:_

- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and SOPs.

- Conduct audits, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

2. _Team Management:_

- Lead and motivate the QA team to achieve quality objectives.

- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.

- Foster a culture of quality and compliance.

3. _Regulatory Affairs:_

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.

- Collaborate with regulatory teams for inspections and submissions.

4. _Process Improvement:_

- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

- Drive initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.

5. _Collaboration:_

- Work closely with production, QC, and other departments to ensure quality standards.

_Requirements:_

- 5+ years of experience in QA roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

- B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.

- Strong knowledge of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
