Job Purpose

To ensure consistent quality of AAC blocks by conducting raw material testing, in-process checks, and finished product testing as per company standards and applicable IS codes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Test cement, fly ash/sand, lime, gypsum & aluminium powder
Check slurry density, green cake & cutting quality.
Test AAC blocks for density, strength & water absorption
Maintain lab records and QC reports.
Follow safety and SOP guidelines.
