Quality Analyst

Process Description:
This is a non-voice process involving review of insurance documents intended for members. The role includes identifying defects/discrepancies using basic manual testing concepts and reporting them to the lead.

Designation: Quality Analyst

Salary: ₹2.4 LPA

Shift timings: 8:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Night Shift)

Two way cab facility provided up to 30 km.

Must-Have Attributes:

• Good reading and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays

• Prior experience in night shifts

• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience

Good-to-Have Attributes:

• Basic knowledge of US Healthcare concepts

• Familiarity with testing concepts

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
