Job Description

SOP – QC Inspector (ક્વોલિટી કન્ટ્રોલ ઈન્સ્પેક્ટર)

1. Purpose (હેતુ)

ઉત્પાદન તથા આવકેલ સામગ્રીની ગુણવત્તા તપાસવી, ખાતરી કરવી કે તમામ પ્રોડક્ટ્સ નક્કી કરેલ સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ, ડ્રોઇંગ તથા સ્પેસિફિકેશન પ્રમાણે જ છે.

2. Scope (વ્યાપ)

• Incoming Raw Material
• In-Process Production
• Final Finished Goods
• Documentation & Reporting

3. Responsibility (જવાબદારી)

QC Inspector ની જવાબદારી નીચે મુજબ રહેશે:
1. આવતી સામગ્રીની તપાસ કરવી.
2. પ્રોસેસ દરમ્યાન સેમ્પલ ચેક કરવો.
3. તૈયાર પ્રોડક્ટ્સની ફાઈનલ તપાસ કરવી.
4. રિજેકટ થયેલ સામગ્રીને અલગ કરવી અને રિપોર્ટ કરવો.
5. દસ્તાવેજીકરણ જાળવવું.
6. પ્રોડક્શન, પર્ચેસ અને મેનેજમેન્ટ સાથે કોમ્યુનિકેશન રાખવું.
