We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team at Aggarwal Food Products. The role involves monitoring the quality of raw materials, production processes, namkeen products and packaging while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing food manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect raw materials, namkeen products and packaging
• Monitor production quality, taste, texture, colour and consistency
• Maintain quality records and inspection reports
• Ensure hygiene, food safety and quality standards are followed
• Identify and resolve quality issues during production
• Coordinate with production teams for quality improvement and new product trials
Job Requirements: Diploma with 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, namkeen, FMCG or a related field. Attention to detail, knowledge of quality standards and ability to follow food safety and hygiene procedures are essential for this role.
